What Condition Is Your Fortress In?

This assessment contains 30 statements across the six pillars of Fortress of Integrity. For each statement, choose the response that most accurately reflects your life as it is today. Don’t answer based on where you think you should be or where you hope to be. There are no perfect results. This is simply a starting point for understanding the current condition of your fortress.

How to Answer.

Rate each statement from 1 to 5 based on how accurately it describes your life today.

1 — Strongly Disagree
2 — Disagree
3 — Neither Agree nor Disagree
4 — Agree
5 — Strongly Agree

The Six Areas of Your Fortress

Your fortress is supported by six interconnected areas: Financial, Relationships, Mental, Physical, Spiritual, and Emotional. This assessment looks at each area individually while also revealing patterns across your life as a whole. The purpose isn’t to judge where you are—it’s to help you see clearly where your attention may have the greatest impact.

You’ll move through each pillar using the same five-part lens: Awareness → Maintenance → Resilience → Intentionality → Direction.

What Happens Next?

After you complete the Fortress Assessment, you’ll be able to see the current condition of each of your six pillars, recognize patterns in how you are maintaining your life, and identify where your attention may have the greatest impact. From there, the goal is not to fix everything at once. It is to choose a meaningful place to begin and take one intentional step toward strengthening your fortress.
